Gentle on the skin 💜
"I’m going to begin this review by saying that my skin barrier has been compromised for about three years. My skin gets very unhappy very easily, so I’m weary of putting new products on my skin. I am currently working on fixing my skin, so I was looking for products that were gentle on my skin. That being said, I noticed J-Hope using these products in a video about a year ago, and was intrigued enough to do some research into this brand. I figured, “Hey, if a world-class idol like J-Hope would put these products on his face during a tour, then they must be gentle enough not to agitate his skin. ” So, I ordered the toner pads first. And may I say, that the quality of these toner pads are soooo nice. The pads themselves are textured enough to remove any leftover dirt/oils without being rough. I’ve noticed people using two toner pads every time they apply, but in my opinion, the pads are so thoroughly soaked into the product that I only need one per application. I also often have leftover toner liquid at the bottom of the container after I’m done with the pads, so I often use a cotton pad to soak it up for at least an extra two applications. The toner itself absorbs quickly into my skin, and leaves what feels like a moisture barrier on my skin. It also doesn’t break my skin out, nor does it burn or cause redness. Given what I’ve said about my skin in the first paragraph, that’s already golden in my books. The packaging is sturdy, but like many Korean toner pads, bulky. I appreciate the included plastic tweezer to grab the pads. There is a small tab on the side to write the date of package opening, so you can track the use. 10/10 would absolutely recommend this product."
